    There are 3 options: record your screen as you narrate a PowerPoint presentation, record an audio-only video in Panopto then upload your PowerPoint slides and sync them to the audio, and record your narration within PowerPoint itself and save as a video file which you upload into Panopto. All 3 have pluses and minuses; choose the option you prefer.<\/p>\n\n
    1. Record by Sharing PowerPoint on Your Desktop<\/h2>\n\n

    \n\t
    Create a video by sharing PowerPoint on your desktop as you record and narrating (as you would for a live audience).<\/p>\n\t<\/li>\n\t
    \n\t
    Benefits: This is the quickest and easiest option, and allows you to use PowerPoint animations.<\/p>\n\t<\/li>\n\t
    \n\t
    To make changes to your video, record a new Panopto video with audio of just the slide that needs changing, and add it to your original video as a clip<\/a> (see Editing section).<\/p>\n\t<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n
    2. Record First Then Upload PowerPoint Slides to Panopto<\/h2>\n\n

    \n\t
    Create a Panopto video with only only audio (or some combination of audio and screen sharing).<\/p>\n\t<\/li>\n\t
    \n\t
    In the Edit area, upload your PowerPoint presentation and sync the slides with the narration. Your slide titles will be added automatically as chapter titles in Contents.<\/p>\n\t<\/li>\n\t

    Instructions: Add, edit and delete PowerPoint slides<\/a><\/p>\n\t<\/li>\n\t

    Benefits: the audio and slides are not linked. You can change one or the other separately. You can't use PowerPoint animations though.<\/p>\n\t<\/li>\n\t

    To change a slide for a new one, create a PowerPoint file with just the slide(s) you need to change, upload it, delete the old slides, and sync the new ones to the timeline. To change audio, create a new Panopto video with only audio and and add it to your original video as a clip<\/a> (see Editing section).<\/p>\n\t<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n
    3. Create a Video in PowerPoint and Upload it to Panopto<\/h2>\n\n
