Researching a service redesign can be difficult. For example, you might not find a lot of information in industry databases about consumer services, which means you\u2019ll need to think outside the box. <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n\n
You should make sure that you are looking at the industry as a whole, which can give you a good sense of the kinds of things happening in that market. For example, are there technologies or trends or strategies that other companies, similar to Blendtek, are using?<\/span><\/p>\n\n

Bias \u2013 Depending on the author, editor, creator of a particular article or reports, you might not be getting the most objective perspective on the issue<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>\n\t
Misinformation \u2013 at times, particular companies or reports can have their information wrong. They might be posting old data or have interpreted the data in a specific way. <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n
I am not saying don\u2019t <\/span>use Google, as it is an excellent source of information, but use it wisely and effectively.
